Mr Kaser Nazir is a consultant podiatric surgeon with more than 21 years of NHS experience. Appointed departmental lead at Guy’s & St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, he performs complex reconstructive and corrective foot and ankle surgery while heading audit and research. In 2021 he was elected Dean of the Faculty of Podiatric Surgery (UK). A graduate of the London Foot Hospital, University College London Medical School (2001), he completed fellowship training in podiatric foot surgery across London and Surrey before undertaking a travelling externship in foot & ankle surgery at the Harvard/Cambridge Health Alliance and Saint Francis Hospital, Connecticut (2005). His practice focuses on keyhole bunion surgery, hammer-toe correction with implants, forefoot reconstruction, minimally invasive flat-foot repair and tendon procedures.
