Erectile dysfunction often referred to as ED, is the inability to achieve and sustain an erection suitable for sexual intercourse. The prevalence of erectile dysfunction increases with age and whilst around 20% of adult men suffer from erectile dysfunction that increases to 50% for men aged 40 and above.

PREMATURE EJACULATION

Premature Ejaculation, often referred to as PE, is the most common sexual dysfunction in men below 60 years old, estimated to affect around 30% of men irrespective of age. From a medical perspective, in order for a patient to be classified as suffering from premature ejaculation, he must exhibit the following:

  • Ejaculation always or almost always occurs before or within one minute after penile penetration.
  • Loss of control over ejaculation – inability to delay ejaculation before or after penetration
  • Negative personal consequences and feelings, which might lead to avoidance of sexual activity

PENIS SIZE & PENIS ENLARGEMENT

Our research suggests that 45% of men are dissatisfied with their penis size or suffer from penis size anxiety.

It is time that these men are taken seriously and offered transparent information and access to state-of-the-art medical treatment.

International Andrology is here to help, offering the leading penis enlargement surgery service in the UK:

Most men do not have perfectly straight penises. For some, the curvature is minimal and does not affect their lives. For others, even a slightly bent penis can affect them psychologically or inhibit their ability to enjoy penetrative sexual activity. If this is a concern for you, it is advisable to seek treatment for your condition and consult our specialist doctors. The first step of this treatment is to determine the reasons for this curvature and also the extent of concern that this causes you.

MALE SUB-FERTILITY

Approximately 15 percent of couples are infertile due to a number of causes including male sub-fertility. This means they aren’t able to conceive a child even though they’ve had frequent, unprotected sexual intercourse for a year or longer. In about 50% of these couples, male infertility may be a factor. Situations such as these can cause strain in relationships, depression and frustration due to the unknown causes of this sub-fertility. However, with medical analysis, a number of male causes can be identified, a treatment plan identified and factors rectified to provide couples with a better chance of conceiving through whichever method identified as required.

A varicocele is a condition where veins become enlarged inside your scrotum (the pouch of skin that holds your testicles).

Varicoceles form during puberty, and can grow larger and easier to notice over time. Varicoceles are more common on the left side of the scrotum. This is because the male anatomy isn’t the same on both sides. Varicoceles can exist on both sides at the same time, but this is rare. About 10 to 15 boys out of 100 have a varicocele.

Chronic Bacterial Prostatitis (CBP) and Chronic Prostatitis/Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome (CP/CPPS) are common, debilitating conditions, with 35–50% of men reported to be affected by symptoms at some time in their life.

PENILE IMPLANT

A penile implant (or penile prosthesis) is a custom-fit medical device, surgically placed into a penis to produce a natural-looking and natural-feeling erection – in effect it replaces the damaged erection mechanism, allowing patients to regain a healthy and satisfactory sexual life.

It is a permanent option for men suffering from severe erectile dysfunction irrespective of the underlying reasons and offers concealed support for an erection whenever and wherever desired.

Chronic Prostatitis

Prostatitis is the most common parenchymal urinary infection in men between the second and fourth decades of life. The term prostatitis comprises a broad spectrum
